Thank you for shopping with MichiganGGS. This Shipping Policy outlines how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.


1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Orders placed after business hours may be processed the next business day(5PM Eastern Standard Time)
  • During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended

2. Shipping Rates & Methods

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Order weight
  • Shipping destination
  • Selected shipping method

We primarily ship using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.


3. Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or external factors beyond our control.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information unless ordering singles. Singles use different shipping methods but still have a great turn around time with USPS usually within 7-10 business days.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.


5. Shipping Areas

We currently ship within the United States.

For international shipping inquiries, please contact us directly before placing an order.


6. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

MichiganGGS is not responsible for:

  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
  • Shipping delays caused by carriers

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier when possible.


7. Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • The customer may be responsible for additional shipping fees
  • We will contact you to arrange reshipment

8. Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos or video preferably, of the packaging and items.

We will review and work with you to resolve the issue.


9. Pre-Orders (If Applicable)

For pre-order items:

  • Shipping timelines will be clearly stated on the product page
  • Orders containing pre-order items may ship together once all items are available
